PicShop HD - Photo Editor App Reviews

I have loved this app...one of my favorite photo editing apps. Since the update I cannot use the focus/blur tool. It will not let me drag the focus where I need it. Also, the new thumbnails of the different effects are so blurry you cannot choose anymore. Please fix these issues!

This has been a great app for years but the latest upgrade killed the Focal Point feature. If would also be an improvement if the filters had less impact on the focus of the image itself. (Change the effect without blurring the image.)

KNEWbetter than to update this app. Did it by accident, dang it! It was a terrific app before, but awful after the upgrade (as are many upgrades, upgrades=downgrades)! It squeezes the photo database so u cant accurately select ur source photo. Thn the operating buttons disappear after ur edit so u cant finish ur edit, save, or do anything at all ( not to mention tht the operating buttons are so light colored, they are hardly visible, even whn they are there. They are low res, light gray against white. The only good feature are a couple of the add on fonts in the text area, but only a couple of them look like worth using. All in all a great, big old flop! Soooo mad at myself for hitting the upgrade button by mistake!!! Grrrrrrr! Add on: after reading some of the other reviews, I figured maybe it was just glitching, so I tried to reinstall it. NOW, I get nothing at all, like tht other reviewer said: just an opening screen.I have ios8 something, too. Sigh...this used to be my absolute, go-to app for all my editing. Now Im going to have to find another...rats! I dont see my review posted here. How long does it take to post? its been quite awhile now...I will have to post it somewhere else I guess... (Btw, I have ios6.something, not 8 bt it says it can use ios5something, so tht shouldnt matter)

I just tried this app for the first time and I really like it!

Can do so much and its so easy to use!!

Used it frequently to resize photos, etc., now, you can go through each step as before, but it doesnt save the updated image. WTH!?

Im sure there are lots of great features in this app, but I mainly use it to write on my photos. I havent had any problems with the app.

A nice slick simple tool to do field photo work - going to Ireland to get some great photos. Bringing this I-pad, my Nikon 300 and this app. Nice effective front end format. Tom - Belfast, Maine

VERY disappointed that a lot of the frame options have been removed. I know that there are more "pattern"options but the original frame options arent there!

Great app for photo edits and creating fun photo effects

This app is great, but only when it actually works. Its about a 50/50 chance of it actually working. I am currently locked out of this app. I have tried deleting and re-downloading and it still doesnt work. When I open the app its just a blank screen with the version number at the top. It has been like this for about a month.

The easiest photo editor ever - user-friendly and everything you need for everyday photo editing.

Could perhaps more features for refining and angling but otherwise very useful.

I was particularly looking for a simple crop function and this has that. I havent used for much more.
